Dr. Sylvia Soo received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She subsequently completed an Internal Medicine intern year at Oakland’s Highland Hospital, followed by a Neurology residency at Harbor-UCLA. She then completed a fellowship from UCLA for Neuro Critical Care.
