Dr. Rohit H. Godbole, MD
Dr. Rohit H. Godbole received his medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at University of California Los Angeles and subsequently specialized in Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of California, Irvine.
At Pacific Pulmonary Medical Group, Dr. Godbole’s focus is on pulmonary diseases including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer. He has received special training in multiple procedures including flexible bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy, and percutaneous tracheostomy.
As an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California Riverside, Dr. Godbole enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and residents at the Riverside Community Hospital. He has also published extensively on pulmonary complications of metastatic cancer, pulmonary physiology, and management of mechanical ventilation in patients with obesity.
Dr. Godbole is a member of the American College of Chest Physician and the American Thoracic Society and is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease.
