I have found scheduling appointments and follow ups to be easy and efficient. I always feel like my time is honored, and I am never kept waiting after my appointment time. Dr. Ismael is absolutely AMAZING and brilliant. She was able to identify and coordinate the other specialist for my care, and she personally calls those doctors to discuss my needs.

Bertha is also amazing and fantastic! She makes sure referrals and authorizations are procured quickly and efficiently. She also follows up on referrals to ensure I am being seen by other doctors, and am getting procedures done in a timely manner. She is always accessible and has helped me navigate ‘next steps’ in a compassionate and professional manner. Every question and concern I have is always addressed and remedied immediately. I also love the option of the patient portal. It helps me organize appointments and provides information from my chart. I can’t say enough great things about the front and back office!
